Welcome to Meenakaari by Priyanka.
Meenakaari is a tribute to my mother, Meena, who loved handloom sarees and passed that love on to me. Kaari means handwork, so Meenakaari means Meena's craft. Every piece here is sourced directly from the weavers and block printers who make it, and chosen with the eye she gave me.
From Banarasi silks woven in Varanasi to chikankari from Lucknow, ghicha from Bhagalpur, Kashmiri shawls and hand block prints from Madhya Pradesh, each piece carries the work of the hands that made it.
