Grey and Maroon Bhagalpuri Raw Silk Saree with Gold Border and Woven Thread Motifs

Crafted in pure Bhagalpuri raw silk, this saree features a rich and timeless combination of grey and maroon. The body is woven in an elegant grey tone and finished with a classic gold border that adds structure and definition to the saree.

The contrasting maroon pallu is detailed with woven thread motifs, not embroidery. These motifs are created directly on the loom using maroon and mustard threads, placed alternately across the borders and pallu to form a balanced and rhythmic pattern. The woven detailing blends seamlessly into the fabric, maintaining the integrity and authenticity of the weave.

Ideal for festive occasions, formal gatherings, and traditional celebrations, this saree offers a refined look rooted in craftsmanship. Rich in texture yet understated in design, it is a timeless Bhagalpuri piece meant to be worn and treasured.

Silk, hand block printed crepe: 
Georgette and chiffon pieces too. Dry clean only. Store folded in a soft cotton or muslin cloth, away from direct sunlight and humidity, zari reacts badly to moisture and to synthetic storage bags. Keep perfume, deodorant, and hair oil away from the border and pallu. Refold along different creases every couple of months. Iron on reverse, or with a thin cotton cloth over the zari, on low heat.

Cotton:  
Hand wash cold, separately, for the first few washes. Don't wring, gently press out the water and dry flat or on a padded hanger, out of direct sun. Iron on the reverse side while slightly damp, medium heat. Store folded in a cotton or muslin cloth, away from humidity.

Return & Exchange:
No returns or refunds for a change of mind. Exchange only for a manufacturing defect, reported within 7 days of delivery with a photo or video. Remedy is an exchange, or a refund if a suitable exchange isn't possible. If fall-hemming has been added, that piece is stitched to your measurements and is no longer eligible for exchange.

Handloom pieces vary slightly from each other and from the photos. That's part of being handwoven, not a defect, and screen colour can look different from the piece in hand depending on lighting. If you'd like to see the exact colour in real light before you buy, ask us for a video call or a fresh photo, we're glad to show you the piece as it actually is, not just as the screen shows it.

Why won't this come back once it's sold?
Because nothing here is made twice. A weaver doesn't reweave a piece to match, they move on to the next one. So once something sells, it's gone, not "notify me," not "coming soon," just gone.
